The Electrical Engineering Department was established in the year 2011. The department offers Graduation and Diploma programs. The department has highly qualified and competent faculty members and adequate facilities to support teaching and learning activity.

Industrial Visits And Tour
- Our students undergone 15 days training on "Industrial Automation" at Advance Training Institute (ATI)Kanpur, on "Power Transmission and distribution" at CTI, Jabalpur ,on "Electric Drive" at CRISP Bhopal and many more.
- Organized National conference on "Smart Grid" sponsored by MPCST Bhopal.
- 30 days industrial training at Bhilai Steel Plant,Oil and natural gas corporation (ONGC),Power Grid Corporation Limited , SECL,NTPC singrauli and many cement plants
- Our students visited Sanjay Gandhi thermal power plant Pali, Bansagar hydro power plant, Solar Plant Rewa, electrical loco shed Bhilai and many substations.

Our Ex-Students are also qualified in many Govt. Exams such as Indian Railways, SSC and many more.
Research & Development
- B.Tech Students have created a solar irrigation system for farmers. This irrigation system is quite useful for the farmers.
- The hydroponic system works on the remote telemetry system so that we can control the plant's humidity, temperature, PH value and also the water delivered to the plant. This system proved to be very effective in hydroponic farming.
- Our students designed Solar vehicle and Electric Car in a low budget.
- Students have designed solar park which features solar light,Solar fan,solar water coolar,mobile charging points etc.
- Many projects related to machine Design and power system have been completed by the students with the help of effective tools Like MATLAB, Autocad etc.
