1.I declare that I have read the norms & eligibility criteria and the fee structure of the course/program to which I am seeking admission. Also, I undertake and declare that information and entries furnished by me in the admission form are true and complete to the best of my knowledge & belief. If, at any stage, University finds any information incorrect and incomplete or efforts to take any benefit by doing any mistake/omission in admission form or any form of misrepresentation, or concealment or omission of the facts, will justify the denial/cancellation of my admission at any stage of the course/program. For that I shall not claim to refund the fees.

2.If, I am admitted in the University, I shall obey the discipline rules of the University as they are now and may be constituted and executed from time to time. I assure that I will be maintaining good conduct and behavior in the University.

3.Further, I declare that I have applied for the admission in this University with the consent of my parents. If, I am admitted, I will not join any other University/Institution or take up a job without written permission of the University during the tenure of the course/program or in case of the any reason, If, I will have to leave the course/program, the University has right to cancel my admission and forfeit the entire fees deposited by me.

4. I, Solemnly declare that my admission can be cancelled and I will be expelled from the University, for committing any non-compliance or violation of rule(s) and involvement in activities of indiscipline within or outside the campus of the University, during my stay for completion of course/program. On this ground, if any punishment is accorded, I shall accept the decision of the University and never claim any refund of fee deposited by me, if expelled.
