1. Take printout of the application form and append signature.

2. Attach all the self-attested documents/certificates along with cash receipt/online payment receipt/demand draft for Rs. 2000/- (Rs. Two thousand only).The DD should be drawn in favor of Registrar, AKS University, Satna. Required documents and certificates:-

• a. Hard copy of Online Application form.
• b. Self attested photocopy of marks statement of Academic Qualifications.
• c. Attested photocopies of Caste Certificate in case of Reserved Category Candidates (if applicable).
• d. Attested photo copy of supporting documents & certificates as (UGC/CSIR/DST/National/State level Fellowship /GATE/ GPAT/SLET/NET/M.Phil) in case of candidates seek exemption from entrance test.

3. Send the complete form by registered or speed post on or before the notified last date on the address given below:-

• Madhya Pradesh, Pin code - 485001

4. Incomplete applications/applications without required documents/applications submitted after the due date will be rejected without assigning any reason/s and no correspondence will be entertained by the University in this regard.

5. Any request for change in any information provided in the online forms will not be entertained by the University.

6. Online registration process will be treated as complete in all respect only after receipt of a Hard Copy of the same application along with necessary documents, certificates and requisite application fee.

7. Unsigned Application Forms will be rejected.
